My experience at this hotel was frustrating. First, the check-in process was uncomfortably awkward, as you’re forced to stand outside even in cold weather. Additionally, the room had no towels upon arrival, and the floors were filthy, which made walking around a disgusting experience. Cockroaches were definitely crawling around, which is not what anyone expects when paying for a room.
